Ok this task is a little difficult but not impossible. Some changes definitely have to be made; changes so small that it doesn’t seem like you’ve made changes in your daily routine. Let’s put it this way, if you don’t tell your spouse he/she won’t even notice that you’ve taken on this fitness change.
We start by eating more meals at smaller portions. To assist you in eating smaller portions it helps to use smaller plates.
In each portion it’s important to use low calorie foods such as, broccoli, green apples, radishes, etc.
More walking with a focus on tightening your stomach; every move of the body should put its attention on the abdomen muscles; on losing the belly fat.
No soft drinks and in general as little sugar intake as possible.
Less stress.
Slow eating is good for your health. Don’t rush to eat your meal. Give your metabolism time to digest the food. Don’t load it on all at once.
Drink more water and if possible at room temperature with lemon for 10 days, or you can try 1,5 liters boiled water with green apple peel and seeds. To make the taste more appealing you can add sage. Do this for 4 days every 15 days. It’s amazing how much you can lose by doing this.
STRETCH twice a day for 15 minutes especially in the abdomen area. If you have a pull-up bar at home you can hang from it twice a day for 5 minutes at a time.
When you’re sitting at your desk breathe in slowly and breathe out from your nose with force and tighten your ab muscles.
When you’re having sex (sex is overall the best workout) choose positions that train your abdomen muscles.
If you’re doing house chores, vacuuming for example, tighten your abs for every move while using the breathing exercise mentioned above.
When you’re taking a shower, make a bet with yourself. You’ll keep your abs tightened until you finish your shower. This exercise proves to work well but it’s imperative that you stretch afterwards.
Every morning in bed take 5 minutes to breathe. Focus on tightening your stomach while breathing in, and while breathing out relax and focus on how that day you’re going to embrace more exercises on the ab area. You could add a short jog in your yard or playing ball with your child.
You can’t imagine what huge results a focused goal can bring. A simple walk, if completely focused, can be more intense than a full workout.
The big secret with focused exercises is what I like to call the secret of the rock and water. One drop every day is capable of wearing down even the hardest rock.
